During the run-up to the referendum last year, Women for Independence carried out listening exercises across Scotland. We wanted to find out which issues women wanted more information about. The results of these exercises have helped us to develop our own campaign themes ever since.
We're now asking you to come along to another 'listening exercise' branch meeting near you. This time, we want to hear what you have to say on the issues you think we should campaign for in the run-up to the 2016 Scottish elections.
In all elections, women have to struggle for a space for their voices. We want to listen to women, and to make sure that political parties sit up and listen to them too.
Come along to this informal, women-only lunchtime meeting at the Sixty Ate Bar in Clydebank to hear what other women have to say, to share your own opinions and reflections and to help us plan our campaigning around the issues that matter to you.
Please note that this is a women-only session and RSVP is essential.
Existing WFI members and non-members are very welcome.
The Sixty Ate Bar serves lunch from 12 noon and a wide range of drinks and snacks are available at the bar.
