Allan Bowie, President of the National Union of Farmers, Scotland. He farms in NE Fife and Clackmannanshire.
Liz Murray, head of policy at Global Justice Now's Scottish Office. She is also a board member of the Scottish food sovereignty organization, Nourish Scotland
Bruce Bennet, owner of Pillars of Hercules Organic Farm. Established in 1983, it has grown from one hectare to six hectares and supplies organic veg boxes all round Fife.
