With the new data protection law coming into force we are going through the process of asking you for consent to contact you. If you do not respond to allow us consent then we will not be able to contact you after 25 May. We really hope that you will want to continue to hear from us, especially as we have exciting plans ahead with the prospect of another independence referendum.
Why do we want your contact details? This allows us to let you know what we are doing and how you can support WFI or get involved yourself. Normally this is in the form of an email. Some people have also added details of their home address and phone number to our records so we are also asking if we can contact you using these methods. We very rarely use postal addresses or phone numbers to contact anyone who has registered these details with us but there are odd occasions when we have, so we want to make sure we are covering all bases!
What happens if you don't want us to keep in touch with you but you are a member of WFI? If you decide you don't want to receive contact from us but you are a WFI member, you will still be able to find out members' only news, how to stand for the WFI national committee and vote in elections by logging into the members' only section of the website.
We hope you will want to keep in touch!
