Listening to Women
In the run up to the Scottish independence referendum in 2014, Women for Independence carried out listening exercises all over the country to find out what the key issues for women were. We made those issues our campaign priorities during the referendum.
We'd now like to repeat the exercise in the run up to the 2016 Scottish Parliamentary elections.
The idea is simple; you organise a small event. This could be at your local WFI group, or you can simply invite some friends round to your house and make it a social evening as well as a political one. You then guide women through the exercise and record the outcomes. Send [email protected] a copy of your findings, and we'll work through them all and pull out the key issues.
