In a joint event between Clackmannanshire and Stirling Women for Independence branches, Economist Margaret Cuthbert will lead a training, education and discussion session on Economics for Independent Women on Sunday 22nd February 1-4pm at the King Robert Hotel, Bannockburn.
This is a chance for women to learn more about the 'dismal science' of economics. But it's not likely to be a dull session. Margaret supports independence, and she supports Women for Independence. She writes regularly on blogs like Bella Caledonia about how economics really work, including how the food we buy can influence our political campaigning. Margaret's expertise, coupled with her lively approach to the subject means that this session will not only educate those who attend, it will also entertain and involve!
There will be a collection on the day to cover the cost of the hall hire.
There is disabled access to this venue.
There is a car park at the King Robert Hotel.
